Canandaigua Man Accused of Charging at Person With Knife

An 18-year-old from Canandaigua was arrested on charges of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon following the investigation into a disturbance at a South Main Street address in the city of Canandaigua.

It was determined by police Richard Norton had engaged another male in a verbal argument and allegedly charged at him with a knife.

Norton was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
