A Canandaigua apartment complex employee was arrested Tuesday night on a forcible touching charge.
It is alleged that on Tuesday morning, David Roedts grabbed the buttocks of a tenant after he entered their apartment to perform maintenance.
The 53-year-old Roedts was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
