A Canadice man was arrested early Friday morning for endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Terry Scott Matthews was taken into custody just after midnight after he was found to be the primary aggressor in a physical altercation with his girlfriend at a County Rd 37 home. The incident was witnessed by his 13-year-old son.
Matthews was held for arraignment at Canadice Town Court.
