The investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Butler resulted in the arrest of a village of Camillus man.
It is alleged that Paul Oslica was in a verbal argument and violated a Full Stay Away Order of Protection issued out of the town of Rose. Oslica was subsequently arrested and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Oslica was charged with criminal contempt.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
