A Central New York man who rear-ended a semi-truck in Seneca County Sunday night was arrested on a felony DWI charge.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, Zachary Miller, of Camillus, was driving on State Route 318 in Seneca Falls when he rear-ended the truck. No injuries were reported.
During the roadside investigation officers determined Miller was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with Felony DWI due to a prior DWI conviction within the last ten years.
Miller was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The Seneca Falls Fire Department assisted at the scene with traffic control and cleanup.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
