A California woman was arrested Friday by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated.
Lily Konkoly was spotted by deputies allegedly driving 85 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone in the town of Romulus. Upon conducting a traffic stop, an investigation found that Konkoly was driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08%.
Konkoly was released on an appearance ticket for Romulus Town Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
