A Wayne County man was arrested on seven counts of menacing and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a Memorial Day incident at his home.
55-year-old James Merritt is accused of menacing a group of four adults and three children with a BB gun while at his Lasher Road residence in Butler on Monday afternoon.
Merritt was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and was brought to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
