One of four women who allegedly stole almost $2,000 worth of merchandise from a store at Eastview Mall has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The alleged theft happened at the Lululemon store at Eastview Mall on April 23rd. Heaven Norwood and the three other unidentified suspects are accused of stealing $1,988 in merchandise. The 18-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with grand larceny and released on an appearance ticket.
Another suspect in the case was arrested last week, and two suspects have yet to be identified.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
