The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Binghamton man on an active warrant issued out of Lyons Town Court.
The warrant for 40-year-old Joshua Barber’s arrest was for a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Barber was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
