The investigation into a property damage accident in the area of 550 State Routes 5 and 20 in the town of Geneva resulted in the arrest of a Brockport woman.
It is alleged that Summer Brink had left the scene of the accident. It was also discovered that the 45-year-old’s driving privileges were suspended in New York State. Brink had a total of 18 suspensions after she failed to answer to seven tickets on seven separate dates.
Brink was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Brink will answer the charges in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
