A Bristol man has been served with a criminal summons in connection with a harassment charge.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Thomas Michel of Bristol was served with a criminal summons around 11:51 a.m. Thursday at a residence on Gulick Road in the Town of Bristol. The summons was issued out of Bristol Town Court.
Michel is charged with harassment in the second degree. He is scheduled to appear in Bristol Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
No additional details were released.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
