A Brighton man is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a home and causing a disturbance in the Town of Palmyra.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported burglary on Tellier Road just after 2 a.m. on Thursday and later located 26-year-old Tyrek Collins after he fled the scene.
Collins was arrested and charged with Burglary, Criminal Contempt, and Harassment.
He was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
