A Brighton man will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date following his arrested on Saturday in Ontario County.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Lah’Don Dillion alleged stole over $180 worth of merchandise from the Van-Maur store at Eastview Mall
Dillion will appear in Victor Town Court a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
