A Branchport man has been arrested on a trespass charge.
John Carroll was arrested last week for an alleged incident that happened on May 1st.
Carroll has been ordered to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
