A Bradford woman was arrested by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing.
48-year-old Roxy Buchanan is accused of choking a member of her family or household.
Following her arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Court, Buchanan was released.
