Bloomfield Woman Arrested on Welfare Fraud Charges in Yates County

A Bloomfield woman was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into possible welfare fraud.

Jessica Archer is alleged to have submitted multiple documents to the Yates County Department of Social Services containing false information.

The 39-year-old was charged with three counts of offering a false instrument for filing and was released on an appearance ticket for Milo Town Court.
