A Bloomfield woman is headed back to Florida to face charges after her arrest Saturday in Ontario County on a full extradition warrant.
Jennifer Ketcham was taken into custody at Eastview Mall in Victor after it was determined she had an an active warrant out of Monroe County, Florida, for failing to appear on several felony level public order crimes.
The 41-year-old Ketcham was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await extradition to Key West, Florida.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
