The investigation into a complaint of a possible sick or intoxicated driver in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 55-year-old Bloomfield resident.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say they witnessed Arunas Pauliuknois commit several traffic violations and initiated a traffic stop in the area of State Route 332 and County Road 30. After an investigation, deputies placed Pauliuknois in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and took him to Ontario County Jail for processing.
Pauliuknois was also charged with DWI with .08% or higher Blood Alcohol Content and No Turn Signal.
Pauliuknois was released on appearance tickets for Farmington Town Court.
