A traffic stop at the intersection of State Route 64 and Bennett Road in the town of East Bloomfield early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Bloomfield man.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Jared Bennett was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bennett was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for DWI, failure to keep right, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Bennett remained in the custody of the Ontario County Jail and was scheduled to appear in CAP Court later Sunday.
