A Southern Tier man was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a charge of petit larceny.
Bobby Galusha was allegedly spotted taking merchandise from the Walmart store in Seneca Falls. The 51-year-old Binghamton man is accused of collecting multiple items from the store and leaving without attempting to pay for them.
Galusha was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
