A Benton man is in custody following his arrest on a probation violation.
Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Josh Maflyn on Thursday on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by Yates County Court.
Maflyn was taken to the Yates County Jail, where he will remain held until his next court appearance.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
