A traffic stop conducted by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Beaver Dams man.
Brett Searfoss was charged with aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC Above .18, driving while intoxicated, and vehicle and traffic law violations following a traffic stop on State Route 414 in the town of Dix.
Searfoss will appear in Dix Town Court to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
