The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Beaver Dams man following a traffic stop in the Town of Dix.
62-year-old Brian Fuller was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI with a BAC above .18% and vehicle and traffic law violations as a result of the State Route 414 traffic stop.
Fuller was released on an appearance ticket in the town of Dix Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
