A Bath woman was arrested Tuesday in Ontario County following a shoplifting complaint at Eastview Mall.
Tanya Cuozzo is accused of passing all points of sale at Von Maur without rendering payment for $276 worth of merchandise.
Cuozzo is due back in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
