A Bath woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Jessica Ellis was observed driving on Maple Avenue while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Ellis was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date
