Bath Woman Accused of Chasing Kid With a Knife

SHARE NOW

Police arrested a Bath woman after a juvenile flagged them down to report he was being chased by a woman with a knife.

Bath Police located Elizabeth Walker in the area of Howell Street, near West William Street, and recovered the knife.

An investigation resulted in the 32-year-old Walker being charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a weapon, along with misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and menacing.

Walker was transported to the Bath Village Police Department for processing and then to the Steuben County Jail for CAP Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
