Two Bath residents have been arrested for allegedly trespassing in a condemned apartment.
Bath Police were called to an apartment on West Steuben Street for the report of two people trespassing. Upon arrival, officers located 33-year-old Zachariah Cole and 36-year-old Heather Baker inside the apartment. Both were charged with criminal trespass.
Cole and Baker were issued appearance tickets and are due back in Bath Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
