A Bath man will appear in Penn Yan Village Court following a traffic stop on Monday.
20-year-old Colby Wilson was spotted by police driving with a suspended New York State license.
Wilson was cited by the Penn Yan Police Department for the alleged violation and was ordered to appear in village court at a later date.
