Village of Bath Police report the arrest of a Bath man following the investigation into a disturbance on Liberty Street.
During the investigation, it was determined that a man on the scene, 48-year-old James Crawford, was violating a full stay-away order of protection.
Crawford was charged with criminal contempt and was sent to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
