A Bath man faces grand larceny charges in Yates County.
48-year-old Jason Brown was arrested by the sheriff’s office for his role in a theft that occurred last month. No other details were released. Brown was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office says its investigation is ongoing.
