A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 21-year-old Branchport woman.
A traffic stop for an inadequate muffler on Liberty Street revealed Stacey Conger was allegedly driving on a suspended license. Conger was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was ticketed for the inadequate muffler.
Conger will answer the charges in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
