An Aurelius man is facing charges for his behavior at the Cayuga County Office Building.
According to the sheriff’s office, Carl Bond was asked by the building’s special patrol deputies to leave on May 10 due to his loud and profane behavior. He refused. Deputies then attempted to arrest Bond who resisted and left the area.
A warrant was then issued for Bond’s arrest. The 36-year-old was arrested on Thursday and charged with Menacing, Resisting Arrest, Trespass, and Disorderly Conduct.
Following his arrest, Bond was arraigned and released to appear in Auburn City Court at a later date.
