Auburn Woman Forced Deputy Off The Road, Charged With DWI

SHARE NOW

An Auburn woman was charged with drunken driving after she allegedly forced a Cayuga County Sheriff’s Deputy off the road.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Lisa Breeze was driving east in the westbound lane of Clark Street Road in Aurelius just after midnight last Monday morning when she forced the eastbound deputy off the road. A traffic stop determined Breeze was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

Breeze will appear in Aurelius Town Court at a later date to answer the charge

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
