According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the area of Forest Hill Drive in Fleming on September 17 after a resident claimed they were being repeatedly “targeted with harassing behavior and a continued course of unnecessary conduct from a neighbor.” Interviews and evidence gathered over the next four weeks led to the October 19 arrest of Barbara Stotler for stalking. The 69-year-old was arraigned and released.
