On June 22nd, 2025, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Casey Jackson, age 35, of Auburn, NY. The arrest stems from a personal injury accident where Jackson left the roadway traveling northbound on SR 89. During the investigation of the accident, it was learned that Jackson was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition along with five children under the age of 16 in the vehicle as well. Jackson was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC over .08%, five counts of Felony Driving While Intoxicated with a person less than 16 years of age in the vehicle – Leadra’s Law, Failure to maintain lane, and five counts of Endangering the welfare of a child. Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will be due back to court at a later date.
