Auburn Police say they arrested a local woman after responding to a domestic incident on Wallace Avenue on December 5.
Officers arrived to find two women engaged in a physical altercation in the presence of a young child. Both women suffered minor injuries, and deputies quickly separated them before beginning an investigation.
Police arrested Jennifer Decker, charging her with harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, and felony aggravated family offense. She was released on an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
