An Auburn woman has been arrested for comments she made in Auburn City Court.
It is alleged that while in court on April 1st, Rose Baildon became irate and began making comments about returning to the courthouse with a weapon and committing an act of violence. Baildon turned herself in three days later at the Public Safety Building on a charge of Making a Threat of Mass Harm.
The 60-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Auburn City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
