An Auburn woman is facing charges for violating an Order of Protection while incarcerated at the Cayuga County Jail.
Moregan Persails was arrested on May 15 after an investigation alleged the 28-year-old contacted a protected party protected by the order, violating it.
Persails was charged with Aggravated Family Offense, a felony, and Criminal Contempt, a misdemeanor. She will arraigned and appear in Sennett Town Court at a later date.
