The Deputy Superintendent of Auburn Correctional Facility has a date in court next month in the Southern Tier following his arrest on a felony charge following an alleged road rage incident.
According to State Police, the arrest of Gregory Stachowski happened last Friday night in the area of Interstate 86 and State Route 13 in Horseheads after he was allegedly involved in a road rage incident and stole the victim’s cell phone.
In addition to felony grand larceny, Stachowski, who lives in Big Flats, was charged with misdemeanor official misconduct.
