Auburn Police say they recently took a man into custody on a long-standing warrant related to a domestic incident.
Last Saturday, officers from the Town of Manlius Police Department informed Auburn Police that they had a person in custody on an Auburn Police warrant. The individual, Jeffrey Frawley, was transferred to Auburn Police.
The warrant had been issued seven years ago after a domestic incident in Auburn. Frawley had since moved to Florida. He was charged with felony criminal contempt, as well as assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
