Two Auburn men face charges in Seneca County following the investigation into an incident that happened in the town of Tyre.
40-year-old Robert Martin and 35-year-old Carl Bond are accused of trespassing at a home and stealing property.
Both men were charged with criminal trespass, petit larceny, and conspiracy and were released on appearance tickets.
