The investigation into a domestic incident resulted in the arrest of an Auburn man.
The arrest of Robert Bush, Junior, stemmed from the investigation into an incident that occurred on January 27th, in which he allegedly violated a duly served full stay-away order of protection by having a verbal altercation with the protected person.
Bush was charged with two counts of misdemeanor criminal contempt and a felony count of aggravated family offense.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
