A traffic stop in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of an Auburn man.
21-year-old Maxwell Balogh was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a roadside investigation by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Balogh was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court next month.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
