An Auburn man was arrested over the weekend by Seneca Falls Police on a warrant for failure to appear.
Randall Dwyer’s arrest stems from a felony and misdemeanor charge for which he was originally arrested for in July of last year. When Dwyer allegedly failed to appear in court, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Randall was located Saturday by New York State Police and turned over to the Seneca Falls Police Department without incident.
Randall was transported to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing and then sent to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
