An Auburn man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Junius Town Court.
The bench warrant was issued after 46-year-old Lawrence Atkins allegedly failed to appear for his scheduled court appearance for the original charge of petit larceny. Atkins was being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The Auburn Police Department assisted in the arrest.
