According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, at around 12:20a last Thursday, deputies observed a suspicious vehicle at the Grant Avenue Plaza in Sennett while on patrol. While investigating, Hayden Powers is accused of providing deputies with a false name and date of birth after being warned of the consequences of lying.
