A verbal altercation over cookies resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
According to Canandaigua Police, Ty’Jon Singleton allegedly struck another person in the face during the verbal altercation that took place at a Park Street address.
Singleton was charged with harassment and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
