The investigation into a domestic incident on Pilgrimport Road in Lyons resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old Arcadia man.
It is alleged that Bryce Warner attempted to pull a woman out of the car and took her phone, preventing her from calling for emergency assistance, while creating an unsafe condition for an infant child.
Warner was charged with criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment. Warner was released following his arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
