The investigation into a domestic incident in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 46 year old Rochester man.
It is alleged that Richard Brown was helping a friend move into a residence on Spencer Street in the town of Lyons during the month of December. On December 13th, while helping his friend Robert Homer move his ex-wife into her apartment, Brown became intoxicated. During the night, Homer allegedly chose to leave an underage juvenile under the supervision of Brown so he could go to the store. Brown allowed the underage juvenile to consume alcohol while under his supervision.
Brown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child, and he was issued appearance tickets to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
Homer was previous charged in connection with these allegations.
Charges are pending at this time for all others involved.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
