An Alpine man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop on State Route 13 in the town of Cayuta.
Johnny Lucena was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was issued an appearance ticket.
Lucena was then turned over to the Ithaca Police Department after it was discovered they had an active warrant for his arrest.
